All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Customer can return equipment within 14 days after you received the item and there are 20% restocking fee apply plus any actual shipping cost that we ship it to you. If equipment not working when you received or DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will gladly to exchange a new unit (same brand/model). Please call us at 909-598-5833 to obtain a RMA number for exchange.
